Buy the same cloud, pay less for it.

DeepWorks resells AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and Alibaba Cloud to teams across Southeast Asia. Your account doesn't move and nothing gets redeployed — the bill just starts coming from us, in your currency, at a lower rate.

Quotes come back line by line within two working days. No call required to get one.

Why it's cheaper

Nobody gives away margin. Here's where ours comes from.

A reseller that can't explain its own economics is a reseller you shouldn't use. There are three sources, and none of them is a markup on you.

  • Your spend joins a much larger pool

Providers price in tiers. At US$15,000 a month you sit near the bottom of the table; pooled with every other DeepWorks customer, that same usage is billed at a tier you would need years of growth to reach on your own. Most of the gap goes to you.

  • We carry the commitments, you stay monthly

Reserved instances and savings plans are where the real discounts live, but they lock you in for one to three years. We hold those commitments on our balance sheet and keep your terms month to month, so a bad quarter doesn't leave you paying for capacity you stopped using.

  • Providers pay partners, not the other way round

Every major cloud pays a partner margin on resold spend. That margin is our revenue, which is why your unit prices go down rather than up. We'll show you the arithmetic on your own bill during the quote.

What's included

Everything below is in the rate, not sold separately.

  • One invoice, your currency

SGD, IDR, VND, MYR, THB, PHP or USD. Every provider consolidated onto a single statement.

  • Local payment and terms

Bank transfer, PayNow or card. Net-30 credit terms available after the first two invoices.

  • A named engineer

Shared Slack or WhatsApp channel with someone who knows your architecture. Sev-1 response within 15 minutes.

  • Monthly cost review

We flag idle instances, orphaned volumes and oversized nodes before the month closes, not after you've paid.

  • Migration and architecture help

Moving between providers or regions, sizing a new cluster, planning a commitment — no separate engagement fee.

  • Provider support unchanged

Your Business or Enterprise support tier keeps working exactly as before. You can still open tickets directly.

Switching

Four steps, and none of them touch your infrastructure.

  1. Send last month's bill

A PDF or CSV export is enough. We price it line by line and return a written quote against your real usage.

    Two working days
  2. Link the account

A billing-level transfer on the provider's side. Nothing is redeployed, no DNS changes, no downtime, no new IAM.

Same day, roughly 30 minutes of your time
  3. First invoice arrives from us

Same usage as before, lower total, in your currency, with the provider's original line items still visible underneath.

    Next billing cycle
  4. Monthly review from then on

Cost walkthrough, waste flagged, commitment planning each quarter. If you ever want out, the account transfers back within one business day.

Questions

The things finance and engineering ask first.

Does anything change inside my account?

No. Same console, same account ID, same IAM roles, same regions, same resources. The only thing that moves is which entity the provider bills.

Do I lose provider support?

No. Your existing support plan continues and you can keep opening tickets directly with the provider. Most customers stop bothering, because our engineers answer faster, but the option stays open.

What happens to reserved instances I've already bought?

They carry over and keep applying to your usage. During the quote we look at what's still running, what's expiring and whether it's worth us taking over the renewal at a better rate.

Can I leave?

Yes, with no notice period and no exit fee. Billing transfers back to your own payment method within one business day and your infrastructure is untouched throughout. We don't hold your account hostage — that's the whole reason the model works.

Is there a minimum spend?

Discount tiers start at US$3,000 a month. Below that we'll still consolidate your billing and answer questions, but the savings won't be large enough to be worth the paperwork for either of us.

Who am I actually contracting with?

DeepWorks Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore. Company registration number, audited accounts and provider partner certifications are available on request before you sign anything.

Send us last month's bill.

You'll get a line-by-line comparison against your actual usage within two working days — what you paid, what you'd have paid with us, and where the difference comes from. No call needed, and no obligation to switch.
